Meet Craig – Joint Business Owner and Client Liason

We believe in keeping it simple, starting from the story of our founder, Craig Webb. It all began in a quiet hotel with a hospitality manager, a laptop, and an unlimited imagination; 32 years in hospitality, with 17 years as Hotel and Cluster General Manager.  Here is the rest of the story how he ended up on this VA finding team.

As the hospitality industry progressed, it became increasingly difficult to make a good profit. Extra costs burdened the middle of the P&L account, including increases in the living wage, training levy, energy costs, and raw material costs like food, cleaning materials, etc.

These were all unavoidable, but coupled with employees leaving the industry it became harder to provide the excellent service our customers deserved.

I have left the industry to set up my digital marketing agency.

I could not have achieved this without their help during this process. They have helped me with individual projects, customer support, accounting, admin support, and much more.

I now consider them my friends.
